Extrusion:

This department is solemnly dedicated for FDA, Pharmaceutical and Surgical grade silicone extrusion only. We also specialize in Platinum cured silicone extrusion. We are capable of extruding a wide range of intricate shapes and sizes ranging from 0.040 to 4.50 c/s profiles.

During the molding process, we concentrate on tool design to enhance the appearance and quality of the finished product. We assure that defects like air pockets and excessive flashes never occur. Accu-Seal designs and carves the mold to achieve perfect shape of the parts while maintaining a dimensional tolerance even better than that of RMA class.

Secondary Fabrication:

Accu-Seal Rubber's Fabrication Department has an extensive range of machinery for gasket cutting and fabrication. Our services range from the bonding of silicone rubber profiles and the manufacturing of vaccum rings that are used in the laminated glass industry. We design and fabricate vaccum rings in such a fashion that they create an absolute vaccum while manfacturing bubble free laminated glass.
